I have been cooking ever since I can remember, going to cookery classes from the age of eight and learning from my mother who had her own catering business for 15 years.

When we went to restaurants the critic in me would come out and say this is so ‘yummy’ or ‘how could I improve this?’ That is when I knew I had passion for food and wanted to make it not only my hobby, but a career.

I have been in the catering industry for over 10 years and I have worked in various areas of the industry, including three seasons as a chalet girl cooking for a variety of guests and also working in the high pressure world of restaurants and boutique hotels. I have also taught in cookery schools, all so different but I enjoyed them all and learnt so much from them in different ways.

Everything I've learnt I have put together and made my own. All the ingredients I use are fresh and it's all homemade, so I hope you enjoy eating it as much as I do!
